McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Covered Walkway

As part of McArthurGlen’s landscaping project, this new covered walkway connected to two existing gazebos in the main parking lot while providing shelter for customers walking into the mall. To match the new walkway, the existing gazebos received premium finishes as well as structural upgrades. Since the construction zone was under YVR Airport’s jurisdiction, height restrictions affected cranes and equipment, so all heights were reviewed when planning. The entire project was completed using a night shift since to avoid interrupting tenants and customers during shopping hours.
