Lugaro Jewellers – Park Royal

When opening the new location at Park Royal, CDC worked as the general contractor to renovate Lugaro’s 2,900 SF retail space, 530 SF Rolex Room and 1750 SF back of house with offices, repair room and staff room. Luxury finishes and millwork were used throughout the store and substantial lighting was mounted overhead and inside displays. CDC also coordinated the installation of the specialized millwork for the Rolex Room with designers from Switzerland and dimensions needed to be exact for the pieces to fit. Exterior improvements to the storefront included stone cladding, a rolling security grill and impact proof glass panels.
