When ownership of the restaurant passed from the parents to their son and daughter, the duo re-envisioned the space as a modern lounge where diners would feel welcome to stay and enjoy dinner or a cocktail in an inviting, stylish space. CDC was hired as the Construction Manager to renovate the original restaurant into an appealing contemporary space which included an expansive bar, custom floating tables, ornately detailed doors and striking finishes. CDC used our Own Forces for the renovation and this contributed to keeping the project on track due to tight budget and schedule constraints.
