Located on the Burnaby SFU campus, Big Smoke needed to renovate an existing 2,400 square foot corner unit facing the University Town Square. As general contractor, CDC managed the interior renovation, including the re-use of existing equipment, adding new washrooms, point of sale, dining room area and commercial kitchen. CDC also coordinated the installation of the furniture and millwork with suppliers.
