VIVA Café & Bakery is a highly rated café located in Kitsilano that offers a variety of baked goods, coffee, and tea. This café is an iconic spot beloved by the locals.

As it was a top priority to keep the doors open during construction and continue serving good coffee to the community, construction was completed in two main phases with sub-phasing to allow for flexibility of schedule.

The space was thoughtfully designed to accommodate diverse clientele, with bright elements for daytime visitors and warm, intimate touches for evening customers. The millwork played a pivotal role, featuring custom-built structures made of durable steel and strategically placed on castors for easy mobility. This allowed for seamless transition between day and night services.
