Innovative Targeting Solutions 

Innovative Targeting Solutions (ITS) is a technology company specializing in protein engineering for drug discovery. After leasing a space in the Broadway Tech Centre (Building 3), ITS hired CDC as the Design-Builder to design and construct a new space tailored to their specialized need for labs and office space.

Since the previous space had been occupied, the entire suite needed to be demolished and fit-out with new walls, flooring, finishes and fixtures.

For their biolab requirements, a Molecular Lab, TC Lab, an Isolated TC Centre, a dark room as well as staging and storage areas were built.
