5950 Imperial Street

Located at 5950 Imperial Street in Burnaby, this aging single storey building required an extensive renovation to update the curb appeal and modernize the interior. Exterior improvements included a redesigned roofline, new cladding and added glazing and skylights to bring more light into the units. In the interior, ceilings were left open to the underside of structure and painted bright white while exposed wood beams were refinished to bring out the character in the wood. All the extra little design details throughout the space add character to this newly modernized office.
