BCGEU 2nd Floor

BCGEU’s second floor transformed into a modern, functional workspace with upgraded finishes, millwork, lighting, and MEP systems. The renovation included offices, a lounge/coffee bar, boardrooms, and open work areas. To minimize disruptions in the multi-tenant building, work was scheduled after hours with protective hoarding in place. Pre-construction planning streamlined the process, reduced costs, and accelerated the schedule, while prioritizing union-affiliated trades ensured fairness and client alignment.
