When GHD’s lease was due to expire, the company relocated from Richmond to the Mount Pleasant area in Vancouver. CDC provided Construction Management services for their 10,600 SF office fit-out.

The new space was designed by MGBA. It is a contemporary open-plan office that consists of boardrooms, touchdown areas, collaboration/flex zones, copy areas, lounges, and a servery. The construction work included a full demolition of the existing space, the installation of glazing partition and GWB walls, an open ceiling plan with new mechanical layouts, new lighting, flooring, and millwork.
