Edmonds Centre for Healthy Communities

Edmonds Primary Care Centre was created to bring accessible healthcare services to the community of Burnaby–Edmonds. It consists of patient exam and consult rooms, bariatric facilities, a large group therapy room, workstations, telehealth-equipped spaces in private breakout rooms, soiled utility and clean supply rooms, washrooms, and staff facilities.

Interior improvements included custom millwork, an operable wall, new ceilings, room finishes, audiovisual equipment, as well as associated mechanical, power, and data infrastructure, security, fire protection, and owner-supplied equipment. The space was also completed with custom emergency egress.
