This tenant improvement project involved upgrades to the new unit as well as moving the demising wall between the adjacent unit to increase the size of suite. CDC worked closely with the client and Iredale to develop a realistic budget based on the design, schedule and sequencing that met the targeted move-in date, and long lead time materials were preordered to ensure that there were no delays during construction.

Using a fast-track schedule to meet the tight timelines, CDC managed all construction activities, including the coordination of the subtrades and CDC’s own forces.
