Peoples Group

The Peoples Group tenant improvement was a phased renovation over four floors with the 14th floor designed as the client’s signature floor.

Floors 6, 9 and 12 consisted of an open plan with workstations and private drop-in rooms for focused work along with smaller meeting rooms and coffee stations. The 14th floor featured a stunning custom millwork desk at reception, larger meeting rooms with video conferencing capabilities, executive offices, a games room and a spacious staff lounge.

Special attention was required when mirroring angled bulkheads with the floor pattern plan and elevator lobbies included intricate wall and ceiling details.
