Innovative Targeting Solutions 

Innovative Targeting Solutions (ITS) is a technology company specializing in protein engineering for drug discovery. ITS hired CDC as the Design-Builder to design and construct a new space in the Broadway Tech Centre tailored to their specialized need for lab and office space. Because the office had been formerly occupied, the entire suite needed to be demolished and fit-out with new walls, flooring, finishes and fixtures. The final design included an open floor plan, private meeting rooms, and a staff lounge. The biolab was comprised of a molecular lab, TC lab, an isolated TC centre, a dark room and a staging and storage area.
