Gore Mutual Insurance

Gore Mutual is an insurance company located on the 17th floor of Bentall One, the first of four iconic towers in the heart of Vancouver’s central business district. After outgrowing their current office, Gore Mutual was able to expand into the space next door. The scope of work included demolition of the occupied suite as well as the vacant suite next door, new interior partitions and upgrades to mechanical and electrical. The expanded office included new workstations, meetings rooms, staff kitchen and an updated reception area. Remaining on schedule was critical and CDC worked closely with the client and landlord on this office expansion to avoid disrupting tenants while phasing the work to meet the accelerated 8-week schedule.
