BC Cancer LINAC C and D Replacement

The BC Cancer Agency required a complete renovation of Vaults C and D to improve the services provided to patients.
The renovation involved decommissioning, demolition, and upgrading of Vaults C and D, and associated services. The project was divided into two phases to ensure continuity of treatments while the renovation was underway.
Extensive phasing and coordination of third-party equipment were required, and all stakeholders were kept informed through continuous communication.
