ICS Home Support Workspace 

CDC Construction completed an office tenant improvement project for Fraser Health’s ICS Home Support Services team in Surrey, delivering a modern workspace designed to support advanced IT, security, training, and operational needs.

The project included the installation of a large Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system with dual power sources, ensuring reliable performance for critical infrastructure. New rooftop mechanical units were also installed to support building systems.

Interior fit-out features Falkbuilt demountable partitions, and the completed office includes a training lab, meeting room, reception and lounge area, IT room, director’s office, and open workstations.
