After sub-leasing an office where they couldn’t make any changes, Skullcandy opted to find a new office of their own that they could customize to match their unique needs. Located in Railtown, this unique building was formerly a manufacturing facility which was upgraded in the 80s and converted into commercial lease space. Working with our long-term collaborator Monica Jeffers interior Design, CDC provided design-build services to manage the design and construction for the client. The design included imitation wood flooring that ran throughout the office, millwork feature walls, colour-blocked accent walls and dramatic black ceilings with track lighting and bulkheads.
