Newton Hub START EPI YCD

Newton Hub consolidates three essential child and youth programs – START (Short Term Assessment Response Team), YCD (Youth Concurrent Disorders Program), and EPI (Early Psychosis Intervention) – into one location, serving Surrey and surrounding communities. This new facility provides vital services for youth facing mental health challenges, substance use crises, and early psychosis.

The center includes a welcoming reception area, consultation rooms, group therapy spaces, a family room, a sacred area, and staff offices. The project was delivered using a fast-track approach, ensuring efficient coordination and completion through Construction Management (CM).
