Chard Development 

Chard Development is a Vancouver-based real estate developer and builder. CDC completed the renovations for their new head office in downtown Vancouver.

Our construction scope included demolition and renovation work that added new walls, sidelights, doors, lighting, flooring, and ceiling. CDC was responsible for managing the lighting procurement process and updating the mechanical system to suit the new layout.

The areas built in the new office space included a reception and collaboration zone, meeting rooms, medium and large boardrooms, private offices, focus rooms, open workstations, a large storage/copy area, as well as a staff “social” kitchen and flex space.
