St. Germain Bakery – Guildford Town Centre

CDC worked with the owners of the St.Germain Bakery to renovate the full retail unit and storefront with mechanical and electrical, new finishes and owner-supplied equipment . The unit was divided into a front sales area with display units and the back area for baking, cleaning and storage. Features of the sales area included a recessed ceiling with lighting, bulkheads with reveals highlighted by ribbon LED lights and new millwork for the point of sale, display units and storage. Storefront finishes were upgraded to match the ceiling finishes and a new exterior sign with electrical and rolling grille were added.
